Annette Tello has a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from San Francisco State University and a Bachelors of Psychology from the University of Illinois. She is also a Certified Coach. Annette supports ISS’s educational programs by conducting assessment interviews and follow-up services to the professional boundaries and communication courses. Her supportive coaching style makes her an effective and integral part of the ISS team.

Annette has also worked as a rehabilitation counselor in the Workmen’s Compensation industry for 11 years, helping workers adjust to injuries by modifying their work environment, and providing vocational services. In addition, she was an Assistant Director for Family Services, an agency that provided shelter and counseling services to families of domestic violence.
